K BAZAAR operates as an MSME registered retail and e-commerce enterprise in West Bengal, India. By accessing our website, browsing products, or placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these legal terms.

Customers must provide a valid full name, complete physical address with landmarks, and an active 10-digit mobile number. We are not liable for delayed or returned parcels caused by incorrect user details.

All listed prices represent the total selling price of the item. As an eligible micro-enterprise operating under MSME norms below mandatory GST thresholds, sales are provided under official commercial retail bills.

We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and 100% secure online prepaid payments (UPI, QR Codes, Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking). All online payment transactions are processed through encrypted gateways.

To prevent fraudulent bookings, COD orders are subject to telephonic or WhatsApp verification prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed orders.

Orders are packed and handed over to logistics within 24–48 working hours. Expected delivery duration is 3 to 7 working days depending on postal codes across West Bengal and other regions of India.

Customers can request a replacement or return within 3 days of delivery only in cases of verified transit damage, manufacturing defects, or wrong item/size received.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all price tags and brand labels fully intact. Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected at our hub, approved refunds will be credited to the customer's provided bank account or original source within 3–5 working days.

Customer contact and address records are strictly utilized for delivery fulfillment, tracking alerts, and customer service. We never sell, share, or lease personal information to third-party advertisers.

Customers may cancel orders before courier dispatch. K BAZAAR reserves the complete right to cancel suspicious, duplicate, or unverified orders without liability.

All commercial operations and terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal claims or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
